Let the train take the strain

12.30 and still no trains. One student, Nick Rostron-Pike (right in the picture), who got the 8.20 train, got as far as Leamington Spa before being kicked off the train, has arrived. No sign of any of the others yet. They will have had to go from Marylebone to Euston to get a Virgin Train. Who knows when they will arrive?
